Beauty and strength are two interrelated factors, which are normally like to acquire by human being. If the people have more beauty but they lacks in strength and some people have strength but lack in beauty.

Dance is also considered as kind of exercise, which is used to develop the stamina of the body. How much long people continuously works without getting tired. Dance is differing from aerobics, because in dance heavy movements are possible. Aerobics contain easy movements whereas dance contains both easy and tough movements. The flexibility and stamina both are increased while dancing at the same time beauty doesn’t spoil.
Yoga:
It is a traditional exercise for both mind and body. Yoga makes the man perfect in all the ways. Using yoga one can get more stamina at the same time strong mind is also possible. Control both mind and body is difficult task but yoga provide great control of mind and body. Yoga is divided in to various categories. Each category is subjected to develop any one of the valuable skills. Usually yoga gives even blood flow so blood enters in to all parts of the body. Hence freshness in face is acquired by doing yoga properly and regularly. If the people are mentally strong then their body also strong.

The dance, aerobics, yoga are the tool gives both the good health and beauty. This is not possible in strong exercises in gym. Gym is mostly used to increase the muscle, strengthen the muscle, but gym fails to provide flexibility and stamina. The gym exercises didn’t offer mental strength but yoga offers extra ordinary mental strength. The control in life is more important. Brake is so much important than accelerator in vehicle like that control is more important than strength in life. Controlled life provides happiness in the life. These are easy ways to acquire both beauty and strong health in life. Simple precise movements give greater control than tough movements.
