These will also nourish the growing child in womb well.
Of course one cannot expect pregnant women to do weight training or strenuous exercises. Yet, daily intake of solar energy in the morning helps. Tea Tree Oil or vinegar cut off the bacteria that cause these acnes. There are other options that may correct acne though surgery is admittedly the last option.
Chemical medicines that include benzoyl peroxides are great in the sense that they do not influence pregnant women with side effects. However one should stay clear from using medication involving salicylic acid. Incidentally; these two chemical compounds are main treatment against acne.
Pregnant women should keep their personal belongings personal. Sharing pillows, combs or cosmetics should not be harbored as this may turn dangerous. There may also be debilitating side effects. One should use cleansers to keep the face dry. Even in case of acne ; one should confirm whether these are mild pustules or splitting fissures. It is advisable to largely ignore mild acne during pregnancy and not be mentally perturbed by it.
